Products, prices and orders

EVReel Pro is a portable, manually wound charging-cable storage reel. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The current offers are one reel for £119.99 or two reels for £199, with free UK shipping. The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Please review the product information, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. If you notice an error in an order, email us promptly with your order number.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, by Royal Mail 1st Class. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. Please see our shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day happiness guarantee and your cancellation rights are explained in our return and refund policy. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. This does not apply to return postage we must cover for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Safe use

EV Reel is for storage only. Fully unwind the cable before charging. Follow the instructions supplied with the reel and the safety instructions for your cable, charger and vehicle. Do not charge with the cable wound on the reel.

Privacy and customer rights

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described or goods unfit for purpose.
